The Director General of Tonye Cole/Innocent Barikore Campaign Council, Chief Hon. Ibinabo Michael West has described the Gubernatorial Standard Bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Rivers State chapter, Arch Pst. Tonye Cole Mni is an industrialist and international business mogul, who is on a rescue mission to salvage Rivers State from executive rascality and regain its lost garden city status.

The former Commissioner of Transport, Chief West, gave the highlight while speaking in Bori, the Traditional Headquarters of the Ogoni, during the APC mega rally hosted by the Khana chapter of the party today Thursday 26th January 2023.

Chief West posited that the incoming APC Government in Rivers State under the leadership of Arch. Tonye Cole will train ten thousand (10.000) Rivers youths on different skills, and in the same vein, some will be sent abroad under the Rivers State Sustainable Development Agency (RSSDA), for different requisite training, while hinting that, after the training, they will be given a seed Capita to develop themselves, an opportunity he said will enable them to employ at least five person’s each, as a deliberate strategy to take good numbers of youths off the streets.

The two-term members at the Rivers State House of Assembly opined that Rivers people will vote massively for APC in the forthcoming February 25th and March 11 elections respectively.
