The Gubernatorial Standard Bearer of All Progressives Congress APC, Rivers State, Architect, Tonye Cole has been presented as a man prepared to make Rivers State an industrial hub when elected as the next Governor.

This revelation was made by the Director _General of Tonye Cole and Innocent Barikore campaign council, Chief Hon. Ibinabo Michael West, during the APC mega rally at Buguma headquarters of Asari_Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State today Friday 27th January 2023.

Chief West observed that globally, what is leading the economy is industries, technologies, entertainment, human _capital development and creativity in governance to tap into the opportunities and maximize the same for the benefit of the people, which according to him is a reverse case in Rivers State.

The 2023 election is an opportunity to correct eight years of industrial waste.
